If I could give Dr. Phillips Modern Dentistry more than five stars, I would. I came in recently with a debilitating toothache, and from the moment I walked through the door, I knew this place was different. This office has completely changed my life. To be honest, I have always found the dentist to be incredibly scary, and that fear kept me away for a long time. However, the team here made me feel so safe and comfortable that my entire perspective has shifted. It’s truly like no other office; they don't just treat teeth, they take care of the person. The staff is incredibly humane and kind. They didn't just treat me like another appointment; they treated me with genuine compassion. They worked quickly to get me out of pain while constantly checking in on how I was feeling. It is rare to find a team that combines such high-level professional skill with a warm, "people-first" heart. I am extremely pleased and finally pain-free. This is, without a doubt, the best dentist in town. I will be recommending this office to everyone I know—their service is truly above and beyond excellent. Thank you for everything!

I had an excellent experience at this office this morning. Evelyne was the first to assist me, and she was extremely welcoming and helped ease my anxiety while carefully listening to my concerns. Dr. Song was very attentive, took the time to truly understand the pain I was experiencing, and was exceptionally thorough. Chenelle then assisted me with scheduling my appointment and was incredibly kind and helpful. The entire team was professional, compassionate, and made me feel well cared for. I will absolutely be returning to this dental office for all of my future dental needs.

I’ve been coming here for 4 years. I have had plenty of deep cleanings, a root canal and even removal of wisdom teeth. I’ve seen most people in the office and everyone is wonderful. The front desk workers are so sweet and friendly!

I had an excellent experience at Doctor Phillips Modern Dentistry. Dr. Song is extremely knowledgeable, gentle, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Alfredo, the dental hygienist, did a fantastic job—very thorough and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the cleaning. Eva, the office manager, was incredibly helpful and made the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. I was recently seen by Dr. Julianna for a cleaning. This was one of the most pleasurable experiences I have had at the dentist to date. There are aspects of common dental experiences that are aversive to me and Dr. Julianna did an exceptional job at ensuring that the cleaning was effective while also mitigating as much potential harm as possible. By this I mean that there were no instances in which I accidently got cut from the tools or anticipated injury due to the tehcnique. Her level of motor dexterity and control in her hand resembles that of a highly skilled provider. I can easily see her in a trainer role to assist other providers in aquiring some of her techniques. This skill set is especially valuable in pediatric dentistry. I will be requesting her from now on!

We arrived at the clinic after a very difficult day because my husband was experiencing severe tooth pain. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Juliana was incredibly warm and attentive throughout the entire process. She made us feel comfortable and supported, and she was especially sweet and caring with my young daughters who were with us. Her kindness meant so much to our family during such a stressful time. After the exams, we learned that my husband needed to have his wisdom tooth extracted. Dr. Figueroa was extremely gentle, compassionate, and professional throughout the procedure. The extraction was performed quickly, and the relief from the pain was almost immediate. I would also like to thank Candace, Charol, and Alfredo for their professionalism and excellent care. Every person we interacted with made us feel valued and well taken care of. It is rare to find a team that combines such expertise with genuine compassion. This is a trustworthy clinic with outstanding professionals who truly care about their patients. We had an exceptional experience with Dr. Khunsha Syed. My husband went in for an appointment, and from start to finish, she was absolutely wonderful. She conducted a very thorough and detailed examination, taking the time to ensure nothing was rushed or overlooked. What truly stood out was her kindness and patience. She explained everything clearly, walked us through all the available options, and made sure we felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. Her calm and compassionate approach instantly put us at ease, which made a huge difference. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines such professionalism with genuine care and attentiveness. I had an emergency dental visit yesterday and couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing care I received. I had to extract both my upper and lower right wisdom teeth, and from start to finish, the entire team was absolutely incredible. Dr. Figueiroa was extremely professional, calm, and reassuring. She explained everything clearly and made me feel safe and comfortable during a procedure that could have been very stressful. Evelyn, who took my X-rays and vital, was so kind and gentle, which made a big difference in such a sensitive moment. And Juliana, the hygienist who is Brazilian, was truly a blessing. Being able to communicate in my native language during an emergency brought me so much comfort, and she went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported and understood.
